Doctoring the Wasatch Back Ragnar Relay

The Wasatch Back is a relay race done by The Ragnar Relay group and is being held this month on the 19th and 20th.  It’s a 188 mile relay from Logan to Park City Utah.  Each team has 12 runners that each run three legs of the race with varied distances and difficulties.

Chiropractors from the Utah Chiropractic Physicians Association (UCPA) will be on hand during the event for participants, but I have chosen to be the team doctor for one specific team, team “Make it Rain” sponsored by Media Rain.

The race is fully booked and it’s probably too late to start training anyway, but you can come out and enjoy the event.  Teams decorate their vans, some wear crazy costumes, there is live music, and a finish line party on Saturday.  Come out and support team Make it Rain, or just enjoy the event with your family.  It’s free to attend and cheer.  I’ll post updates as it gets closer, and I may even post training tips and treatments I’m doing as I go.
